Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Booking & Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
Payments
Payment is due 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling
Reschedule requests must be submitted more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Requests made within 24 hours of an appointment may not be possible to accommodate; the appointment may be treated as completed for billing purposes.
Cancellations
The same 24-hour threshold applies to cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund or credit.
No-Shows
A missed appointment without at least 24 hours' notice is treated the same as a late cancellation: completed for billing and refund purposes.
Refunds
Once within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the session is non-refundable. Refunds may be issued for non-redeemed services, minus service fees.
Refunds — Remediation Program
The Remediation Program begins with a Diagnostic Session. Once that first session has occurred — whether purchased on its own or as Session 1 of the Program — it is completed and non-refundable, including any credit applied from it toward the Program.
For the remaining sessions, if you cancel before completing the Program, unused sessions are refunded at $110 per session, provided each is still more than 24 hours out at the time of your request. Sessions within 24 hours of their scheduled time, or already completed, are not refundable.
Asynchronous Check-Ins
Email check-ins are part of the Remediation Program's structure, not standalone billable sessions. They carry no separate monetary value and are not eligible for refund or credit if unused or skipped.
Program Completion Window
The Remediation Program must be completed within 3 months of purchase. Sessions not used within this window are forfeited without refund.
Requesting a Change
To reschedule or cancel, email jocelyn@physicianassociatetutor.com. The earlier you notify us, the better the chance of securing a new time.
